Description:

ACTIBREAD 3 SYST3M is a product based on natural powdered yeast for the production of bread by direct method.
It is a completely natural product which performs three functions:
- it guarantees the supply of all the fermentative activities of natural yeast and it does not require the use of fresh yeast;
- it confers all the aromatic properties of natural fermentation acid paste to the bread;
- it ensures the obtainment of bread with an excellent volume, a golden, tasty appearance, and it prolongs its fragrance and its shelf life.
