Preparation for soya bread
Description: GRANSOIA preparations are composed of five product types that differ one from the other in the quantity and size of cracked soya used.
The different types of GRANSOIA and GRANSOIA CONCENTRATED 50% are preparations that are quick and easy to use in the production of top quality soya bread. Using GRANSOIA preparations, you can produce soya bread that has greater volume, a fine golden crust with tiny brown speckles, a white soft centre with consistent porosity, and delicate taste and aroma.
