Description: NOFIL is a product to be used in bread doughs as an antimesenteric, anti-stringing agent.
Using NOFIL leads to the following benefit:
- prevents infection by the mesenteric bacillus which is the origin of the phenomenon known as "stringy bread", without changing the taste of the bread.
