With PAN DI SEMOLA PLUS made with choice hard wheat flour, it is possible to produce really tasty, fragrant bread, with a crisp, golden crust and a soft, slightly straw-coloured centre. Furthermore, thanks to its capacity to absorb and hold a notable quantity of moisture (a typical characteristic of hard wheat flour), the finished products keep their softness for several days.
