A food safe silicone mould 100% Made in Italy, which allows to make a cake dividable into 14 servings by the very innovative shape. It can be matched with Insert Decor Round for the creation of ice-cream, sugar, chocolate or baked decorations and inserts of 12 different measures, 6 each side, going from 40 mm (1.57 inches) to 260 mm (10.23 inches) with 20 mm (0.78 inches) pitch. Both moulds can be used in the oven and in the blast chiller (-76°F a +446°F). The mould was rewarded at the Ice-cream World Cup 2012.
